The YACHAY Piura Research Group promotes scientific production and applied analysis in Organization Management and Marketing, developing innovative solutions for business and social challenges in the Piura region. Its establishment responds to the need to strengthen research to promote sustainable development and business competitiveness. In line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), its studies focus on Decent Work and Economic Growth (SDG 8), as well as Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure (SDG 9), promoting operational efficiency, innovation in management, and corporate social responsibility. Additionally, it aligns with the University Social Responsibility (USR) action lines, addressing economic development, employment, and entrepreneurship, while fostering sustainability and adaptation to climate change in the organizational environment. Thus, YACHAY Piura is established as a reference in applied research, impacting academia, organizations, and the community, with knowledge as the cornerstone of economic and social development in the region.
