The research work is justified as the post-pandemic context of SARS-COV-2 has resulted in a series of changes in the field of didactics and the demand for new competencies related to the use of ai and ict. Therefore, it is necessary to study the mediating role of teachers in this context and analyze student satisfaction in light of this new global education landscape.
