It is composed of four dtcs from the graduate school that have the initiative to work as a team to strengthen research competencies with the aim of generating, expanding, or deepening knowledge; as well as know-how. to achieve this, they will work within the lines of the mgp, especially the reform and modernization of the state and environmental and territorial management. in addition, as lrsu, they will focus on: strengthening democracy, leadership, and citizenship, and sustainable development and adaptation to climate change.
