The curricular changes in current education that have occurred in recent years, both at a continental level and in the peruvian reality, have allowed us to strengthen the interest in researching school management processes in the quality of education. the different educational realities in the latin american context are directed towards the predisposition of effective conditions so that the school can develop its mission of forming capable and competent citizens to function autonomously in the different sociocultural and economic scenarios that allow it to exercise its participatory citizenship for the benefit of its environment and the national sphere. In light of the above, the education and quality (educa) research group is consolidated, made up of a team of education professionals with experience in research and with the interest of collaborating with their studies and projects to overcome educational gaps at different levels.
