The research group called “team of research teachers at the university” (EQDOINU) was born from the interest of each member to continue with innovation and research at our university. It was made up of professionals with a lot of experience and an academic level, almost all of them have a doctorate level and one of them is pursuing his doctorate, this forces us to continue contributing to society on an ongoing basis. The justification of the research team is because with globalization in all fields, we are forced to look for new procedures and methods that allow state entities in public management to implement various processes and models that benefit the collaborators who are called to be at the forefront of the constant changes of a modern and efficient government. The research team has the following objectives: to develop research projects to solve society's problems; to publish scientific articles as a result of the research projects. The research projects are directly related to the line of research on state reform and modernization, because by using information and communication technologies and in particular the use of tools related to administrative systems within public management processes, such as strategy, models, proposals, evaluation forms, among others, the aim is to bridge the gap related to the scarce use of systems with the zero use of paper, seeking to improve customer service in public management.
