The Research Group on Environmental Management, Quality, and Natural Resource Management (GIGAGREN) is a team composed of professionals from the Environmental Engineering programs at César Vallejo University, UNMSM, Universidad La Agraria, and UNCP. Its main objective is to conduct research and contribute knowledge related to the research lines in environmental management, quality, and natural resource management, as well as in waste treatment and management. GIGAGREN’s activities aim to address, from an academic perspective, the main challenges of environmental pollution, waste management, sustainability, and climate change. To achieve this, the group proposes research projects to participate in competitive funding programs and scientific events, disseminating the results of its work through scholarly channels. Furthermore, it involves the university’s scientific community and invited collaborators to make this knowledge accessible to the global society.
