Management in educational institutions at all levels fulfills strategic functions for the fulfillment of organizational goals in which managers take on challenges to guarantee quality education. That is why the managing educational quality group is made up of professionals with a profile in management and quality of education, as well as with experience in the field of research in accordance with the lines of research and responding to the objective of sustainable development. The team will develop topics related to school management, directive management, administrative management, financial management, management of school coexistence, directive leadership, educational quality, quality of service, teamwork, soft skills, organizational communication, collaborative work, learning community, loyalty and institutional image.
