Organization profile

The criminal law research group – GIDP, is one of the basic units to contribute to the scientific research and technological development activities of ucv.virtual, specifically in the master's degree in criminal law. This is justified because it aims to generate theories and propose solutions regarding the different problems that arise in the field of criminal law. The objective of the gidp: to analyze the different problems surrounding criminal law, criminal procedure, penalty systems and the criminal phenomenon that violates fundamental rights. The activities of the gipp are aimed at helping to fulfill the role of the university in its fundamental function of conducting research, providing quality education to its students, training new researchers and proposing research projects.
