The environmental management and waste treatment research group (GIGATRE ) is a team made up of professionals from the environmental engineering area at the César Vallejo university, seeking to generate research and contribute with knowledge related to the lines of research in environmental management and waste treatment and management. Gigatre's actions are aimed at responding as an academy to the main problems of environmental pollution, waste management and management, and climate change by proposing research projects to participate in competitive funds and scientific events, managing to scientifically disseminate the results of its actions, involving the scientific community of the university and its guests to make this knowledge accessible to the global society.
