Zero hunger research group

The Public Food and Nutrition Research Group (INANP) is a multidisciplinary team of research faculty from the Faculty of Health Sciences at César Vallejo University; students from the Nutrition program; and external researchers from public universities and/or public and/or private institutions. The researchers have experience in the field of public food and nutrition research. The research team is interested in studying the following topics: anemia, malnutrition, child, school-aged, and adolescent nutrition, overweight and obesity across different age groups of the Peruvian population, education in food and nutrition, consumption of ultra-processed foods, nutritional warning labels, among others, etc.
