Organization profile

The research group iustitia fundamentalis is a team composed of professionals and students from the social sciences department at césar vallejo university. It seeks to generate research and contribute to knowledge related to the described research lines. Giusfun's research activities are focused on exploring and addressing issues affecting human rights from a global context, as well as topics related to criminal law, criminal procedure, and administration of justice. Its purpose is to strengthen and ensure that justice and fundamental rights are accessible and respected for all. It also focuses on investigations into criminal and criminal procedural justice, centering its research on legal reforms for a fair and equitable process. It proposes research projects to participate in competitive funds and scientific events to facilitate its dissemination for the benefit of society.
