Research group dedicated to research, innovation, and industrial development of products and services through the application of various tools and techniques of traditional manufacturing and industry 4.0. this will enable the development of hybrid processes for the creation of highly personalized organic products in composition and forms. It will also contribute to the university social responsibility action lines of promotion of health, nutrition, and food safety, and technological innovation and sustainable development.
