The INSAAM research group is made up of four microbiologists, a doctor and a statistician who share an interest in contributing to both the generation of knowledge and the solution of health-related problems, such as diseases caused by various types of microorganisms, in which, in addition to identifying the etiological agent, a contribution can be made by conducting sensitivity and resistance studies to some natural compounds. Due to the specialty of the group members, studies of non-communicable diseases can also be addressed. likewise, the aim is to provide alternative solutions to the problems of environmental pollution and the rational use and utilization of waste.
