The “investigators on” group is a group created for research purposes within the guidelines that imply the development of a study, to then offer the information obtained in terms of data and results. this group is focused on providing contributions on theoretical aspects and our objective is to study the problem within the regulations of the framework law for the modernization of state management, which indicates that public administration organizations should be conducted to serve citizens, taking into account the proper use of state resources.In this sense, the research to be carried out is within the general line of research “sustainable development, entrepreneurship and social responsibility” in the specific line of research “management of organizations”, which is articulated with the rsu line of action “strengthening democracy, leadership and citizenship”.
