THE RISE OF TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT, AS WELL AS INEVITABLE GLOBALIZATION, HAVE BEEN DISTANCING COMMUNITIES FROM THEIR CULTURAL IDENTITY AS OPPOSED TO IF THEY WERE ADAPTED TO THEIR TRADITIONAL CULTURE. IN THIS CONTEXT, THE EXECUTION OF PROJECTS MAKES IT POSSIBLE TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE ACHIEVEMENT OF SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT WITHOUT NEGLECTING THE PRESERVATION OF CULTURAL VALUES ​​AND GENETIC RESOURCES, PROMOTING INNOVATION WITH PRACTICAL AND DIRECT SOLUTIONS THAT GUARANTEE THE RESILIENCE OF COMMUNITIES.
