This research group aims to foster reflective thinking to address the challenges that artificial intelligence brings to the field of law in its study and application. In this regard, constitutional jurisdiction acts and state acts in public-private relations fall within our scope of interest, to be approached with prudence and caution, both in its openness and its limitations.
