Research group dedicated to the research of industrial development of products and services, as well as biotechnology, studying agroindustrial processes and industrial biotechnology; thereby contributing to the goal of life on land ecosystems. It also aims to support the lines of action of university social responsibility in promoting health, nutrition, and food security, as well as technological innovation and sustainable development.
