SICEM is a research group committed to generating solid, ethical, and useful knowledge in the field of business sciences. Its work is primarily developed along two lines: organizational management and finance, approached from an innovative, leadership-oriented perspective. The group promotes research aimed at strengthening the responsible development of organizations, optimizing the use of financial resources, and fostering conscious decision-making, linking theory with practice while maintaining a strong social commitment. In coherence with the principles of University Social Responsibility (USR), SICEM actively contributes to the ethical training of future professionals, the production of high-quality academic work, and ongoing engagement with the productive sector, with the goal of providing sustainable solutions to the challenges faced by businesses and the current economy.
