sagir is a multidisciplinary group that seeks to apply environmentally friendly technologies for waste treatment, which involve energy savings through the use of renewable energy sources; as well as the recovery of industrially relevant compounds present in organic waste to be applied in both food and non-food industries, with a circular economy approach that ensures environmental sustainability in the face of the severe environmental and energy crisis the planet is experiencing.
