Organization profile
We are a group of faculty members from the School of Translation and Interpretation, composed of certified translators and educators, interested in researching and developing an instrument for the review of translations. There is limited research that identifies the dimensions of translation review, and no standardized instrument currently exists for this activity, which justifies the present study. The main objective is to propose an instrument for reviewing direct English translations. The development of this research will help improve translations and reduce gaps and deficiencies in higher education.
