Postdoctoral studies in the Didactics of Scientific Research (Universidad España de Durango, Mexico – Universidad Nacional de Educación Enrique Guzmán y Valle, Peru – INICC Peru). PhD in Educational Sciences, with a specialization in Educational Psychology, from Universidad Laica Vicente Rocafuerte de Guayaquil (Ecuador). Graduate of Master’s programs in Clinical Psychology and Educational Psychology (Peru). Licensed in Educational Psychology (Ecuador).
Completed postgraduate studies in High-Level Educational Management (Cuba), and in Humanitarian Law (ICRC, Guatemala). Ongoing professional development in counseling and intervention with children and adolescents, both in Peru and abroad. Currently a registered researcher with CONCYTEC and an external evaluator for higher education with SINEACE.
Extensive experience in public administration, having served as Head of the Office of Research and Technological Development at the Peruvian Naval Academy; General Coordinator of Teacher Training Supervision in undergraduate and postgraduate programs (Regional Government of Callao – UNE); and Head of the Tutoring Unit at the Ministry of Education.
Currently a postgraduate research professor at César Vallejo University, the Peruvian Center for Hearing and Language (CPAL) of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, and the Naval War College. Has also taught at Universidad Enrique Guzmán y Valle, Universidad Privada José Carlos Mariátegui in Moquegua (as a visiting professor), and undergraduate programs at the National University Federico Villarreal.
Experienced in designing and developing educational and social projects, curriculum plans for Master’s programs at the regional level (Callao), and nationwide psychosocial research. Has trained school principals as an educational advisor at ESAN. Areas of expertise include educational management, guidance/tutoring, curriculum diversification, strategic planning, and learning difficulties.
