With a Doctorate in Administration from the prestigious Graduate School of the Universidad Nacional Pedro Ruiz Gallo (UNPRG) and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in Business Management from the same institution, my academic background is complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, also from UNPRG. I have had the privilege of teaching undergraduate courses at respected institutions such as Universidad Señor de Sipán (USS), Universidad César Vallejo (UCV), Universidad de San Martín de Porres (USMP), Universidad Santo Toribio de Mogrovejo (USAT), Universidad Tecnológica del Perú (UTP), and Universidad Privada del Norte (UPN). At the postgraduate level, I have made significant academic contributions through programs such as Information Technology at UNPRG, MBA and Master's in IT at USAT, Public Management at Universidad de Chiclayo (UDCH), Education at Universidad Católica de Trujillo (UCT), and Statistics in the doctoral program at Universidad Autónoma de Ica. Currently, I serve as a full-time professor at the School of Administration at UCV and hold the designation of Renacyt Researcher Level III, reflecting my commitment to academic excellence. Professionally, I lead the Research and Development Department at ITXIN SAC, a role that enables me to apply my extensive academic expertise in business environments, effectively bridging theory and practice. In the scientific field, I have contributed to numerous peer-reviewed publications indexed in Scopus and Web of Science (WOS). My work has been featured in high-impact journals and conferences such as LACCEI, Campusvirtuales, Richtmann, MDPI (including Sustainability and Computation), F1000Research, Journal for Educational Integrity, BMC Psychology, Journal of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and Corporate and Business Strategy Review, showcasing my ongoing dedication to research and academic dissemination.
