Abstract
The absence of the use of web systems at present, causes that a number of restaurants present a reduction of their economic income. Therefore, this research proposes the development of a web system based on the XP methodology, which involves 4 phases: Exploration, Design, Coding and Testing. The research aims to improve the management of orders in the Nautical Restaurant of Trujillo through the use of a web system based on the XP methodology. Finally, the results obtained by the implementation of the web system determined that there is an improvement in the following indicators: Customer order registration time, Customer order information search time, Customer order report issuance time and Customer satisfaction level.
