N2 - The following article corresponds to the implementation of a mobile application to improve the tourist flow of Trujillo in the Dirección Desconcentrada de Cultura de La Libertad (DDCLL), Peru. For this was applied a preexperimental research approach, where some data collection tools were used, such as a questionnaire, a checklist and a registry of visits, which were validated by expert judgment and their reliability through the SPSS version 24 software. In the development of the mobile application (TourLand) the SCRUM framework was used for the distribution of activities in the team and the MOBILE-D methodology for the development of the software, whose phases are: Exploration, Initialization, Production, Stabilization and Testing of the system. The results after implementation was a significant increase in tourist visits by 14.24% in October and 11.76% in November 2019, regarding the local tourists satisfaction, there was an increase of 43.6%, also an increase of 50.6% in the knowledge of the locations of the tourist places, finally, the types of tourist media increased by one to the existing ones (6 types of media). To conclude, this article is divided into introduction, state of the art, objectives, material and methods, results and conclusions.
