    Abstract

Public management is manifested from many necessary processes where the government is required to manage the main services for the benefit of the population. These processes can be classified as health services, managing the city, citizen services, information security, care of biodiversity and natural resources, the economy, construction services, telecommunications, managing electronic commerce processes and human talent management, among others. In this work we describe how the use of the different tools provided by artificial intelligence are changing the way of working of the main services provided by governments through public management. As a result, we present how public services are being influenced thanks to artificial intelligence, in order to understand how these trends are being influenced internationally and to be able to be progressively implemented in our national reality.
