Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between quality of work life and organizational commitment in employees of the sales area in the hydrocarbons company in Ancón-2019, the research is correlational and its design is non-experimental. cross section, the abbreviated scale of quality of work life, was applied for the CVL variable, said instrument is made up of 5 dimensions and for the CO variable the Meyer and Allen organizational commitment, having 3 dimensions as structure. The population was composed of 126 employees from the sales area and the sample was of the census type. As a result of the investigation by the correlation of Rho Spearman, the value of 0,000 (p <0,05) was obtained; there was a direct, weak and significant correlation between the study variables. Therefore, the better quality of working life will improve the organizational commitment in the sellers of the hydrocarbons company in Ancon.
