Comportamiento del consumidor del rubro gastronómico en la ciudad de Chiclayo

Abstract

The objective of the study was to analyze the factors that affect consumer behavior in the gastronomic sector in the city of Chiclayo. The study has a quantitative approach and descriptive scope that has involved conducting surveys directly to consumers, in order to obtain information on the trend and behavior of gastronomic consumption, with a non-experimental cross-sectional design. The instrument used was a survey applied to a sample of 229 male and female diners who eat in restaurants in Chiclayo. It is concluded that social, personal and psychological factors have a significant impact on the purchase decision of gastronomic companies in the city of Chiclayo.
