N2 - The COVID-19 pandemic plunged global society into a process of unprecedented uncertainty, leading to unprecedented changes in all areas of organizations. In Latin America, the general situation is marked by the crisis that had been dragging the region and was strengthened by the pandemic. Within this framework, the research aimed to describe the multilateral and corporate strategic direction in the post-pandemic context in Latin America. The study used the documentary approach, following the stages of: Inquiry and identification of the topic of study in publications from multilateral organizations and scientific publications related to business strategies; Selection and collection of those materials previously identified, considering as criteria: credibility and seriousness of the source, validity, accessibility to the material; and Analysis of the selected documents. The results showed four types of macro strategies from the multilateral organizations: 1) Educational, 2) Employment and labor insertion, 3) Regulation and 4) Transformation. While from the business organizations, it was found that these vary, as they are subject to variables such as the nature of the business, size, among others, however, technological strategies applicable to all areas and processes of the organizations regardless of their characteristics are commonplace. It is concluded that there is a need to strengthen relations between the triad of multilateral organizations, government agencies and business organizations to join efforts towards common objectives in order to overcome the crisis in the region and improve the conditions of the population.
