Abstract

The search and retrieval of the information was carried out on June 23, 2023. For quantitative bibliometric analysis, a total of 7820 studies met the referral criteria for transparency and accountability; After debugging, 33 works with the highest impact in each year between 1990 and 2023 (most cited) were selected. Results: in terms of institutions, the University of Toronto has published the most papers on transparency and accountability. in terms of countries, the list is headed by the United States with 1929 documents.
