Gestión de inventarios y rentabilidad de una empresa del sector industrial

The present investigation entitled Inventory management and profitability of the company Envases Selectos EIRL had as a general objective to determine the incidence between inventory management and the profitability of the company Envases Selectos EIRL, Puente Piedra, 2021, for which a quantitative study of applied type, with a non-experimental cross-sectional design and descriptive scope. The population was the company Envases Selectos EIRL and 20 workers were taken as a sample. The data collection technique was given by means of the survey and the documentary analysis with its instruments, the questionnaire and the document analysis guide, respectively. The results showed that inventory management is at a poor level with 50%, the analysis of financial ratios showed levels of ROA 1.8%,-5.6%, 4.9% and 1.9%, of ROE 0.05,-0.13, 0.11 and 0.04, of ROS 0.059,-0.021, 0.081 and 0.075, of MUN 0.02,-0.06, 0.05 and 0.02, finally of IR 7.63, 5.43, 4.14 and 2.63 for the periods 2018 to 2021. It is concluded that inventory management affects in profitability since as inventory management improves, profitability is reflected in increase.
