Habilidades gerenciales y toma de decisiones en una empresa de transporte del Perú

The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between managerial skills and decision-making in employees of the transportation company Marvisur Lima, 2021. With a quantitative approach, with a non-experimental, descriptive correlational design; The population was made up of 130 employees of the company of a probabilistic type. The instruments were validated through expert judgment, to collect the information, two instruments were used consisting of 27 and 30 items with a Likert-type scale, respectively, with a Cronbach’s alpha, for management skills of (0.957) and for taking decision (0.976). Among the results, for the perception of managerial skills, the high level has 77.6% of the respondents, the same as in each of its dimensions.
