N2 - In the year 2023, discrimination against people with Down syndrome increased by 5%, preventing them from fully adapting to the population. The purpose of this systematic review was to find the best methodologies, technologies used, and types of games in order to develop a video game for improvements in cognitive, motor and social skills in children with Dow syndrome, resulting in 13 selected articles and after an exhaustive review, it resulted in the best environment being 2d with 38.5% and as a type of game The most used was Puzzle with 38.5% and as the most developed skill we had Motor Skills with 53.8%.
