Influencia del Software SISCA en la Gestión de Capacitación: Un Estudio de caso en una Gerencia Subregional de Cajamarca – Perú

This research aimed to determine the influence of the implementation of the Training Management System (SISCA) software on the training management of a subregional management in 2023. It applied a quantitative approach with an experimental design, specifically a pre-experimental design. A 12-item questionnaire, validated by experts using the Aiken's V for content validity (0.83), was employed to measure the before-and-after effects of this variable. The study involved a population of 78 employees during the months of December 2022 and April 2023. The results showed a 67.86% growth between the before and after periods, indicating a positive improvement in training management. Using the T-Student parametric test, it is concluded that the implementation of the SISCA software significantly influences the training management of a subregional management in the year 2023.
