N2 - The present study investigated the relationship between productive innovation and export performance in the Danper company during the periods 2022-2023. We worked with a sample of 50 workers from the Danper company, who were evaluated in terms of their level of productive innovation and export performance. Productive innovation was measured through a questionnaire that evaluated the implementation of new strategies and processes in the company, while export performance was evaluated through indicators such as sales performance, investment performance, and asset performance. Kendall's Tau-b statistical test was used to determine the correlation between both variables. The results obtained revealed that there is a high level of productive innovation 52% as well as the level of export performance 58% high, but the result of the correlation was weak positive between productive innovation and export performance (0.005) but the level of significance helped to prove that there is no relationship between the variables (Tau-b = 0.959, p > 0.05), which indicates that a higher level of productive innovation does not mean better export performance in the Danper company. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is no relationship between productive innovation and export performance.
