Abstract
Micro and small enterprises are the main economic sources in Latin American countries, and having a vision of shared value creation will make them grow together with the environment. Therefore, it is important to determine whether intrapreneurship management is a predictor of shared value creation in micro and small enterprises in the province of Trujillo, Peru. The research has a quantitative approach with a correlational-causal scope. The sample consisted of 62 micro and small companies, out of a population of 114,121 companies according to the national institute of statistics and informatics, surveying one collaborator per company with work functions related to innovation. An inferential analysis showed a positive causal correlation between the variables studied by applying Spearman’s Rho and Somers’ d coefficients, obtaining significance values of less than 0.01. Finally, it was concluded that intrapreneurship management is a predictor of shared value creation in micro and small enterprises in Trujillo because it showed a significant causal relationship. This allows recommending to government institutions to strengthen the knowledge of shared value creation in micro and small enterprises and to offer adequate conditions for their consolidation.
