Abstract
The key factors in university educational management are linked to the new trends that are emerging in universities at this time of social transformation. This article refers to the analysis of neuromanagement and social responsibility and the key indicators of success or performance in the teaching staff and heads of practice, belonging to a private university in Lima, Peru. The study follows a quantitative, non-experimental, ex post-facto, causal correlation and cross-sectional methodology. The sample consisted of 150 workers belonging to a private university in Lima, with a minimum experience of two years. For data collection, the survey technique and a questionnaire were used; the instrument was validated by expert judgment; the Chi-square and Pseudo R-square statistics were also used in the research. The results show that university social responsibility gives explanatory content to certain aspects of neuromanagement, and that it represents a fundamental tool that includes the development of emotional factors related to concern for society and the environment. It is concluded that there is a relationship between psychological and emotional skills and work performance for university educational management.
