Abstract

The objective of this work was to investigate which are the technological tools most used by school and university students and to identify how this influence their educational process. The methodology was quantitative. The instrument used was a survey using Google Forms. Among the results obtained, the use of Teams as communication software between students and teachers stands out. It was also possible to detect that students use more and more technological tools at school or university and that these do not necessarily agree with those recommended by the teacher.
