Abstract

The study objective of the research is to interpret the state of mental health of teachers who carry out virtual work in our times, an existing problem that exacerbates health at the local, national, regional and global levels, with the basic category Health with specific objectives. and subcategories of: Define health today and health subcategories of anxiety, distress, anguish and depression; understand the relationships in their different areas that currently favor the mental health of teachers accompanied by the subcategories personal, family, work and social relationships; analyze the teaching performance that strengthen the adequate mental health of teachers today.
