Ingeniero Agroindustrial, egresada de la Universidad Nacional de Trujillo (2001), con estudios de Maestría en Ciencias con mención en Tecnología de Alimentos (2010). Docente ordinario de la Universidad César Vallejo. Dedicada a la docencia universitaria mas de 15 años e investigaciones en líneas de tecnología de alimentos e ingeniería de procesos. Coordinadora del Centro de Apoyo a la Tecnología y la Innovación (CATI) de la UCV. Encargada del dictado de experiencias curriculares de Investigación. Auditor Interno de la Norma ISO 9001:2015.
