Resumen
The purpose of the research is to carry out a systematic review of scientific studies that deal with analyzing jurisprudence through digital media as an expression of the human right to justice. Of course, it deals with the limits of the digital connection as a restriction to the correct process. Meanwhile, it underlines that demonstrating impartiality as an ability of just societies requires the timely availability of technical resources that support the defense. Litigating through virtual spaces facilitates judicial processes in the face of the many challenges that societies currently face. It is noted that the effectiveness of the tools is possible by guaranteeing proper access to them; otherwise, the injustices are reproduced. The bibliographical study of diachronic character; To make the inferences, the Scielo database is reviewed considering the search for keywords: Access to Justice and Digital Connectivity. The study considers the publications of the last five years.
