N2 - Women have faced various challenges when deciding to participate in entrepreneurship. This study, which had a quantitative correlational approach and was designed in a non-experimental way with an instrument consisting of 28 questions, established the elements that are related to the entrepreneurial attitude in a sample of 150 women from Lambayeque, Peru. The findings obtained from the exploratory factor analysis show that the possibility of identifying entrepreneurial opportunities is the factor that contributes most to the entrepreneurial attitude, followed by persistence and planning, which evidenced its importance, but it was also configured as a weakness, since the sample studied did not show the adoption of planning habits. Notwithstanding their significant contribution, sociability and leadership had a lower contribution to the entrepreneurial attitude in the sample studied.
