Resumen
The Planned Action Scale for Study Dedication (EAPDE=from Spanish initials) is an instrument that measures the determination to plan studying in university students, in a retrospective version. For this reason, the objective of this research was to carry out its psychometric adaptation to the prospective version, in such a way that the items assess the projection of one’s own commitment in the planning of the study. A total of 279 psychology students from three Peruvian universities participated, selected by non-probabilistic sampling. The confirmatory factor analysis was performed with the WLSMV estimation method and, as a result, the four-factor model (attitude, subjective standard, perceived control and intention) has an acceptable fitting as well as adequate reliability indicators (ω >. 70). It is concluded that the prospective version of the EAPDE has adequate evidence of validity in its internal structure and reliability.
