N2 - The present study was carried out with the purpose of Applying Lean Manufacturing tools to improve productivity in a footwear company, it was an applied type of research, with a pre-experimental design, with a quantitative approach and descriptive scope and transversal temporality, its sample was not probabilistic and constituted by the records of the production area of the Dahiana footwear company, year 2021, using the registration sheets as instruments to collect the data. Finding in results that when applying the Lean Manufacturing tool, TPM, 5 s and Kaizen, brought significant improvements in the productivity of the organization, reducing the variability of productivity indicators, reaching a controlled and homogeneous level of production and achieving a productivity of 18.83 pairs of footwear/Man-Hours, based on a productivity of 12.57 pairs of footwear/Man-Hour. The work concluded that the Lean Manufacturing tool improves productivity in the footwear organization.
