N2 - In the present investigation it was possible to demonstrate the relevance of applying Lean Manufacturing in an industrial brick company. The main objective was to determine the effect of the application of Lean Manufacturing on the productivity of a brick company. The type of study was applied, preexperimental design, with a quantitative approach and an explanatory level. Tools such as the VSM, the 5s and the Kaizen were applied. The population was made up of productivity records in weeks for 6 months: from May to July and from October to December 2022, the sample was the same as the population, the techniques used to collect the information were observation and analysis. documentary analysis. It was concluded that the application of Lean Manufacturing increased productivity by 17% compared to the initial state. The Wilcoxon test was applied, having a significance level of 0.002, which allowed the acceptance of the alternative hypothesis.
