Aplicación de un programa ergonómico para incrementar la productividad laboral en los trabajadores administrativos de una entidad Municipal

In this research work, the general objective was to determine the impact of the application of an ergonomic program to increase labor productivity in administrative workers of the Municipality of Pacanguilla, 2024. The research work was of an application type with a pre-expermental design, with a sample of 10 workers, data collection techniques and instruments were used, such as the questionnaire, check list, field sheet of the ROSA method and productivity formats. The data collected were analyzed using Microsoft Excel to generate statistical tables and graphs. It was found that, by implementing the ergonomic program in the entity, the labor productivity of administrative workers increased by 7.58%.In conclusion, it was determined that the initial situation of administrative workers, the ergonomic risks that cause low productivity were found, the initial bimonthly productivity was also determined, which was 20.59% and after the implementation of the ergonomic program, bimonthly productivity increased to 28.17%.
