N2 - The present investigation has as general objective improve sales control lottery in the company Norteño Millonario de Trujillo through the implementation of a multiplatform mobile application. The type of applied study and experimental the preexperimental research design was used, using data collection tools, such as observation cards and questionnaires, these were validated by expert judgment, and their level of reliability and normality tests through the IBM SPSS Statistics v25 program. For the development of the mobile application, different technological tools were used, such as Flutter, Dart, Laravel Framework, Apis (SUNAT and RENIEC), as MySQL database administrator. The development methodology was Mobile-D. The result obtained after the implementation of the mobile application was the reduction of the time invested in visits by point of sale from in en 55,98%, the work efficiency of motorized personnel and distributors increased by 85.82%, and it was also reduced time. average in the generation of sales reports from 93.48%, finally it was possible to increase the level of internal customer satisfaction by 51.98%. This article is divided into introduction, theoretical framework, method, mobile development methodology, results, discussion and conclusions.
