Resumen

This research had as a general objective to improve the process of adoption of homeless animals, through the use of a multiplatform mobile application. The results obtained were: a 2-day time decrease in the average time of the animal adoption process, a 27% increase in adoptions, a 27% decrease in missing documentation. Concluding that; whether there was an improvement in the adoption process, through the use of the mobile application, verified through the Mann-Whitney U.
