N2 - The general objective of the research was to improve work stress in a commercial company in Chepén through the implementation of a social support web application. The type of research was applied, with a pre-experimental experimental design. The population under study consisted of 20 workers of which the total population was considered as a sample because it was small, likewise, to identify and measure the psychosocial risks present at work, the SUSESO/ISTAS21 Manual questionnaire short version was used, which was validated by expert judgment and finally processed to obtain the reliability using SPSS software version 25. To make the social support web application, the eXtreme Programming (XP) methodology was used, which consists of 4 phases which are: Planning, Design, Development and Testing, in addition, the programming language used for the development of the software was PHP, accompanied by HTML, CSS, JS and MySQL. The results achieved after the implementation of the social support web application, was a significant decrease of 25% in the level of physiological reactions of workers, likewise the level of cognitive reactions also decreased by 30% and finally in the level of behavioral reactions a very significant reduction of 50% was obtained.
