N2 - The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between quality of work life and organizational commitment in employees of the sales area in the hydrocarbons company in Ancón-2019, the research is correlational and its design is non-experimental. cross section, the abbreviated scale of quality of work life, was applied for the CVL variable, said instrument is made up of 5 dimensions and for the CO variable the Meyer and Allen organizational commitment, having 3 dimensions as structure. The population was composed of 126 employees from the sales area and the sample was of the census type. As a result of the investigation by the correlation of Rho Spearman, the value of 0,000 (p <0,05) was obtained; there was a direct, weak and significant correlation between the study variables. Therefore, the better quality of working life will improve the organizational commitment in the sellers of the hydrocarbons company in Ancon.
