Resumen

For which the general objective is: Propose a digital government management model for the modernization of electronic services in a district municipality of Chiclayo; To achieve this objective, it is necessary to develop the specific objectives a) Identify the level of modernization of electronic services in a district municipality of Chiclayo, through the use of a questionnaire; b) develop the methodological and theoretical foundation that supports the digital government management proposal for the modernization of electronic services in a district municipality of Chiclayo; c) design a digital government management model for the modernization of electronic services in a district municipality of Chiclayo; In such a way that the formulated working hypothesis is: If a digital government management model is designed and implemented, then the electronic services of a district municipality of Chiclayo would be modernized by the year 2022. In the results: The level of modernization of electronic services in a district municipality of Chiclayo was determined, according to the opinion of internal and external users, finding that the majority homogeneously distribute their responses of level of satisfaction in low satisfaction in the first place, followed by medium satisfaction, with a small proportion having a high level of satisfaction.
